DOMAIN & EMAIL SET-UP
I will connect your domain to your new website as well as help you with purchasing a domain email. If you already have a domain email, I will ensure your email stays active throughout the migration so you do not miss emails.
WORK DIRECTLY WITH ME
You will work directly with me and only me during this process. I do not use subcontractors or assistants, so you can rest assured that you will always get the best possible service and will always have direct communication with me.
WEBSITE COPY RESOURCES
You will never feel like you have a blank Google doc where you need to just come up with copy out of thin air. My process ensures that you will have a fully-guided experience and most of that is due to my website copy resources that you will be provided with.
NO-BS APPROACH
During the proposal process, you’ll receive suggestions based on your specific needs, all pricing information, and any other info that will help you decide whether or not you’d like to move forward with me.
MOBILE-OPTIMIZED DESIGN
Your website will be designed to be utilized on both a desktop computer and a mobile phone. Thorough site testing is done on both devices to ensure the website is fully functional.
BRAND PHOTO GUIDE
Photos are an extremely important part of a website, and I want you to have the resources you need when you take your photos. You’ll get my full brand photography session planning guide that will give you specific prompts to determine your full photo session shot and supply list.
PHOTO SELECTION ASSISTANCE
I understand that selecting photos for your website can be difficult. I always request that all of your photos be sent over to me inside the portal so that I can adjust photos if needed during the design process.
WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
I will not maintain ownership of your website after all website payments have been made, and there is zero requirement or pressure to opt into a management retainer after we conclude our work together. You’ll feel confident in managing your site after our education call.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
I offer options for 2, 3, or 4 payment plans for website projects in order to help folks who are not able to pay in full. I do not currently add on a processing fee for payment plans.

Yes. You’ll work directly with me throughout the entire project. I don’t hand your website off to a team or account manager, which keeps communication clear and the process simple. It’s literally just myself and Moose here.

No. Discovery calls are not high-pressure or sales-focused. They’re a conversation to create clarity and decide whether working together makes sense.

If it feels like a good fit, I’ll put together a detailed project proposal based on our conversation. This outlines the recommended package, scope, timeline, and any optional add-ons so you can review everything and decide without pressure.

No. The proposal is there to give you clarity, not force a decision. You can select what makes sense, ask questions, or decide not to move forward. Once you sign your onboarding documents, you’re required to pay a deposit. That is technically non-refundable. But here’s the thing, I’m not trying to work with someone who is unhappy with me. I’m batting .1000 so the chances are slim, and policies are policies, but at the end of the day, I am all about refunding and referring elsewhere if needed.

Timelines vary depending on the package and scope, as well as my availability. All details are outlined clearly in your proposal before anything begins. There are no surprise timelines or last-minute rushes.

No. On your scheduled service date, you do not need to be available. I’ll handle the work behind the scenes using everything we’ve already discussed and finalized.

Yes. At the end of the project, we’ll walk through your website together and go over how to make updates in Squarespace. The site is transferred to your own account and fully in your control, and you’ll receive a recording of the training for reference.

If you need additional changes beyond the scope of the project later on, we can talk through next steps at that time. I am always available to you for additional changes at my hourly rate after the project has concluded.

SEO is included differently depending on the package. Each package clearly outlines what is included so you can choose the level of support that makes sense for your business.
